Matrix Tools is independently developed and operated by Nathan Scarcelli, a Software Engineer and Testing Specialist based in Texas.
Born out of a necessity to fix real-world IT headaches and automate repetitive workflows, Nathan leverages a background in systems engineering and mathematical programming to architect the Matrix Tools suite.
